岗位描述：
As one of the China management team members, this is a key finance business partnering role in supporting the business plan of Company China and most importantly to contribute to the achievement of the financial targets. Main tasks: Overall responsibility for all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting & planning and proper internal control in the region, and to build a highly effective, engaged and empowered team Commercial Function Supporting & Controlling -Ensure timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial result and to address the question/issue identified in a clear, concise and proactive way -Provide timely monthly management standardized reporting (mainly,P&L, Working Capital and Cash Flow analysis) and recommendation for the management team -Ensure the costs are in line with cost centers budgeting & operating plan and advice/working with management team to address the issues identified -Coordinate the Pricing/Margin Improvement projects and to provide relevant financial inputs; to ensure local implementation of Merchandise Control activities and Microstrategy roll-out -Work closely with the busines leader and functional leaders to drive that the financial commitments of the specific segments are met -Drive synergy, leveraging SSC & BU’s to improve effectiveness and obtain efficiencies Compliance & Internal Control Development - Develop, standardize and implement company wide policies and procedures in respect of SOX 404 and FCPA rules and enabling a strong internal control system - Ensure timely and accurate monthly B/S reconciliations of all legal entities - Implement all corrective actions from Corporate Audit or Loss Preventation recommendations - Work/liaise with the corporate tax, legal, treasury / site financial controller to address legal entity/financial operation issue People - Provide effective coaching and training to the Finance team(Shanghai Jiading & Zhaoqing) and cover whole China entities; - Streamline organization and build succession plan - Develop next generation leaders with appropriate training and job rotations
