• Develop regional financial strategy, health legislation;
• Develop and expand the annual policy plan;
• Strengthening financial internal control, audit and approval finance-related systems, processes and to supervise their implementation, to ensure regional funds, assets security;
• Formulation, improve the regional project cost management and control system, to promote the project cost estimates and final accounts process control;
• Supervised comprehensive budget management and control work, the audit area overall budget execution;
• Audit the company monthly financial reports;
• Coordination, handling tax review activities of major projects, maintenance, business and tax, the important relationship between politics;
• Manage ERP system to support the company operation;
• Work closely with the authorities to ensure stringent compliance with PRC and AA group reporting requirements and tax regulations. |
