岗位描述：
Key Responsibilities • Be responsible for the entire sales & marketing , operations and performance of the residential and strata-titled sales portfolio. • Initiate, develop and implement sales & marketing strategies consistent with the overall mission and vision of the company. • Actively participate in sales & marketing of the projects, which will include the development of the sales process and coming up with proposals for the marketing activities and plan. • Monitor and oversee the sales & marketing teams in various projects across China. • Coordinate and communicate with senior executives across the organization. Ensure operational requirements and marketing strategies are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives. • Monitor and give advice on projects under development and liaise with consultants on the needs and changes required for the project. • Be responsible for the sales & marketing budgets , operating budgets and property Management , project handover coordination(s). • Find ways to maximize the performance of the projects, improve sales , controlling marketing cost, and generate maximum returns on the assets in your charge. • Assess investment assumptions and be involved in the due diligence process. • To be actively involved in showflats design, product positioning, sales center and the functional design of the club house.
