岗位描述：
Job Purpose: Documentation and close-out of the project of 3PL's warehousing quality management. Responsibility:  Be responsible for overseeing and improving the service quality of the 3PL warehouse, establish and implement a quality control system of 3PL warehouse.  Be responsible for establish and implement a system to optimize the SOP of receiving and repackaging procedures.  Be responsible for making plan and implementation to promote the quality sense of 3PL's employees.  Be responsible for optimizing and standardizing the repackage scheme to reduce the damage rate during the transportation to customers.  Standardize and make judgement of the goods-receiving requirements.
岗位要求：
Qualifications:  College's degree in Logistics Management、Food Science、Science or Engineering.  Minimum of three years of working experience in quality control or quality assurance programs.  Minimum of five years of working experience in distribution center or warehouse management programs.  Minimum of three years of working experience in e-commerce industry.  Ability to coordinate and push 3PL's management level to achieve the target of our company aim.  Ability to record and organize all necessary documentation to memorialize the implementation, maintenance, confirmation and effectiveness of the QC Program and Plans.  Ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgement.  Ability to work under pressure and self-starter motivated to finish a project.  Can understand Cantonese and English and can read and write Mandarin.  Have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.  Have knowledge of Chinese regulations and Laws of consumer products.
