Develops Workplace Strategy solutions with leaders of department i.e. Marketing and Sales team members to deliver integrated strategy that aligns to client’s business goals.
Leads various interior design related roles with ownership for strategic client design engagement; leads/facilitates integrated design process to deliver Organic Workplace Solutions; manages and oversees various steps and keeps all stakeholders well informed to deliver compelling branded experience.
Leads translation of data from Ideation knowledge tools into conceptual interior architectural plans, providing solutions that support clients in achieving their business goals, increasing human performance, and manifesting sustainable design.
Leads design charettes with clients and their partners as first steps to translate workplace knowledge into implementable applied workspace solutions specific to their key business and project goals.
Identifies and engages appropriate members into Design Charette and develops most appropriate customer deliverable to differentiate approach to knowledge and applied design.
Identifies opportunities of supporting, and engages in client Change Management initiatives, in liaison with designated regional Change Management Strategist
Continually seeks out and shares insights to new connections between Ideation workplace knowledge and applied design to inform improvements in the Harmony Solutions advisory component.
Creates case study for each completed project, using Brand Marketing templates, publishing internally and externally with customer approval. Captures learning from client projects and coordinates with Department Lead to present findings to inform leaders of Ideation, Product Development, Marketing, Architectural and Design (A&D), Sales, and Dealer Distribution.
Leads as active agent in continuous training and development of all regional team members, continually focused on Harmony Solutions as primary consolidated services proposition.
Leads development of white papers and presentations as educational vehicles, with internal support, to share knowledge with appropriate constituents.
Submits workplace knowledge and case studies to external national and regional professional organizations for annual speaking engagements.
Utilizes technology (Mac laptop and/or iPad, Computer Aided Design [CAD], Specification software, Sketch-Up, knowledge of Building Information Modeling [BIM] and 3D Studio Max) to improve work/communication and create deliverables for Design Charettes.
Spends appropriate levels of time in market place, requiring overnight and occasional international travel away from “home” office. |
