岗位描述：
1、Negotiate all kinds of purchase contracts and business agreements as required.（采购合同的谈判） 2、Support commodity team to build healthy relationship with suppliers and set up a steady supplier chain with minimum operation risk. 与供应建立良好的合作关系，降低公司的运营风险。 3、Supervise the implementation of SOX in the function. 监督并实施部门内SOX标准管理制度 4、Assist Logistic & Quality function in improving supplier’s delivery and quality performance.配合质量和物流提升供应商的质量和交付水准。 5、Responsible to set up payment schedule as per company’s cash flow status.指定并推行付款期，配合公司进行现金流控制 6、Provide site management and EF&C HDQ of monthly cost reduction status and BE implementation status and work summary.及时提交采购费用节省报告和工作总结 7、Liaise with Regional Purchasing manager and global commodity team to develop company purchasing strategy in China.配合亚洲区高级经管理实施COMPANY采购战略 8、Fulfill annual plant cost saving target of direct material with the support from commodity team. 完成公司的费用节省目标，供应商控制目标和质量控制目标 9、Fulfill annual cost saving target from indirect material. 完成采购部的CIS 指标及其他费用节省指标 10、Lead new project management for the sourced components and material, full support project manager in terms of cost control and schedule adherence. 11、Lead material and components VA/VE activities from purchasing function, and fulfill annual purchasing VA/VE target. 领导材料和零部件的VAVE项目和本地化项目持续进行费用节省。 12、Lead supplier engineering change after SOP. 13、Participate inventory reduction activity and play role of purchasing function to get inventory down like consignment introduction. 参与工厂的库存控制通过有效的寄售方式降低公司的库存金额。 14、Implements and administers all policies and procedures designed for the purchasing management area in accordance to company and TS 16949 quality requirement. 按照公司及TS16949的要求，监督和实施采购部门的相关政策和流程。 15、VIN ownership and maintenance, monitor VIN are well implemented in other related function. 管理VIN系统并维护系统，监督VIN系统中各模块的有效运行 16、Other tasks assigned by management team.
岗位要求：
1、A broad understanding of the product and the market cost drivers for EF&C commodity. 2、A broad understanding of supplier market structures. Detailed knowledge of commercial and contract law. 3、Familiar with Quality Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, etc. 4、Fluent both in written & oral English communication. 5、Excellent communication skill. 6、Excellent planning, analysis and problem solving skill. 7、Good skills on new project management. 8、Good management skill. 9、Solid professional knowledge. 10、Good cost control sense. 11、Be well up in supplier management and business negotiation. 12、Good professional ethics. Education and Experience: Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Machinery or Plastic, at least 3 years Purchasing manager experience in foreign invested enterprise
