岗位描述：
High level job description Serves as primary HES contact to manage HES issues working with operations, MCP, FE in order to achieve project’s strategic OE/HES goals and objectives. Responsibilities include field visits, reviews and audits as assigned. Generic job responsibilities include: Ability to develop JSA and PPHA to support safe execution of task across the project sites - Good knowledge of CDB Permit to work system and requirements around high risk MSW standards - Provide facilitation support in conducting Level 1 and 2 5 why and why tree investigation - Implement Chevron requirements associated with CHESM, and Haz Com and MVS. - Competent to write fit for purpose procedure and provide basic HES training - Coordinate effective HES risk management within operations and ensuring alignment with management. - Provide technical and operational support to multiple functions including operations, base business, facilities engineering, projects and HES in ensuring effective risk identification, mitigation and closure. - Ability to provide general oversight and ensure compliance with the ES process and associated reporting requirements. Able to function as an Essential Suites Supervisor with the ability to train and coach other users. Responsible for maintaining the Environmental Aspect Register. Stewardship of EIA/ESHIA Management Plan. - Will able to complete TWS Audits, manage contracts, complete all required internal and regulatory waste reporting - Familiar with local regulations and able to provide clarity and guidance to organization - Interact with peers in Chevron, ensuring sharing of best practices, monitor developments and implementing new initiatives as appropriate.
岗位要求：
Required qualifications -Bachelor of Engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical, environmental, process). Masters preferred. - Experience: Demonstrated understanding of oil and gas Operations, MCPs, facility gas processing, and understand basic functionality of drilling activities. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. - Effective teamwork skills and performance - Demonstrated effective communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
