岗位描述：
US based, privately held, Tier 1 is searching for a Plant Manager for high growth, Chinese operation. Value-added products include plastic injection molding, plating, various other decorating processes, and assembly operations. Specifically, this position will be responsible for the plant P/L and for leading the three-fold expansion of the business. The Plant Manager is an essential partner in the company’s business team and is a critical strategic position. The Plant Manager must be fully capable of providing expert guidance and advice to the company leadership on all aspects of the operations function. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the following areas: • Growing a business and a team. • Directing the production and operation of a plant • Development of an international business including interacting with global customers, suppliers and corporate staffs • Leadership, and management of people in manufacturing, quality, process engineering and other support functions • Development and coordination of project plans; completion of projects on time and budget; management of project team activities • Developing plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and associates
岗位要求：
The baseline requirements of the position include: • Bachelors Degree in a technical field. A Master’s degree would be a preferred advantage • Seven years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing and general management, with measurable achievements and results in plant management
