岗位描述：
The main missions of the role are to: This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth production in the factory With the principle of coordinated with general manager’s development strategy, super-vision of all operational matters in the factory The selection, leadership and development for the factory staff, (for department man-agers position, needs to involve consultation with the General Manager) Be responsible for costs Develop personnel and financial budget in consultation with the general manager From the production point, maintaining existing customer relationships To ensure product quality standards In consultation with the General Manager, plan for machinery and equipment purchase for the production Continuous improvement of production process Improve and Optimize the plant procedure Development of rationalization
岗位要求：
Basic requirement: • University of polymer science, chemistry or mechanical background, MBA is a plus. • More than 8 years in foreign invested manufacturing company, at least 5 years in plant man-agement position with overall plant management responsibilities Special knowledge and skill: • Good ability of organization and decision making • Good at people management and motivation • Good communication skills both in English and Chinese • Familiar with data analysis.
