岗位描述：
• The Store General Manager ensures COMPANY Buy delivers on our customer promise as THE destination and authority for the fashion products and trend. Become a key player in innovative by overseeing the store operations at COMPANY buy store. As a store general manager, you build and inspire the sales, fashion environment , and training teams to engage different experience. You also create excitement around products, events, launches, programs, and initiatives. As COMPANY Buy store-based executive your leadership will create an environment for an outstanding and differentiated customer and employee experience. • As the Store General Manager you will:  Set and communicate expectations for individual performance.  As the performance leader of the store, responsible for achieving sustainable results.  Drive results in front and back zoning through business acumen in strategic planning.  Provide consistent and specific feedback around individual and team performance, fostering a culture of accountability.  Develop talent across multiple levels of leadership through on-the-spot leading, teaching, and training.  Inspire and challenge the team by building confidence in skills and recognizing great performance.  Gather and analyze information required to ensure successful execution of the retail vision.  Know and interact with VIP customers; be able to speak to key ownership opportunities.  Drive ownership and incremental revenue through introductions, business development initiatives, and pipeline creation and execution.  Know the competition and fashion trend.  Build an amazing talent pipeline through recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent for COMPANY.  Attract talent with passion and a broad understanding of fashion, combined with exceptional customer service skills.
岗位要求：
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 5 Years Supervisory or Management experience OR 3 years of Military Leadership experience, inclusive of coaching, training, recognition and performance evaluation • 5 Years Sales or Service experience • 5 Years’ experience analyzing Profit & Loss/financial statements Preferred Qualifications: • Associate Degree (2 year) in Business, Sales or related field • 5 Years Retail experience • 2 years of Luxury or Fashion Leadership experience • Previous P&L ownership (including expense / labor management, shrink, forecasting) • Experience managing 3rd party vendor partnerships • Experience developing and leading change • Experience driving strategic initiatives
