岗位描述：
Financial planning, management and analysis of sales business; Annual planning and rolling forecast for regional sales and operating expenses; Monthly reports on regional financial performances; Regular analysis on sales and expense, variance vs. plan and vs. PY, investigation on big discrepancies vs. plan and corresponding rolling forecast for full year; Budget control of regional promotion and selling expenses Business partnering to region management team; Assist RGMs on regional business planning (e.g. sales targeting, sales deployment, resource allocation); Deep understanding of region business including market dynamics and competitive intelligence, insights into driving forces for region businesses; Set up and implement tracking measures, tools and processes to monitor KPIs; identify opportunities and risks that may impact region annual business plan, propose tactical plans to RGMs to tackle with the upside/downside opportunities/risks; Collaborate with key functions (HQ Finance, HR, Central Marketing, SFE, Sales admin etc.) to put together comprehensive regional business analysis documentaries and commentaries (on as needed basis); Financial stewardship to region operations Assist related HQ teams (Risk Management, GFS, Planning) to ensure all financial policies and standard procedures are implemented in regions successfully; Training to Region team on new financial policies, acting as the contact point for new policies and procedures; Liaison between region and HQ finance to ensure region receive adequate financial support when needed (payment, reimbursement, e-flow process etc.)
岗位要求：
University graduate majoring in Accounting, Financial Management or related specialties; Intermediate accountant certificate, CPA /ACCA preferred; 8 years+ experience in accounting/FP&A/financial management roles, working experience in MNCs and in management position are preferred; Good interpersonal communication skills; leadership and influence without authority; Team player and quick learner; Readiness to work under pressure and non-routine work arrangement; Good command of English in reading and writing.
