岗位描述：
Strategy 策略 Develop area sales strategies for the products, set sales and promotion objectives: 发展区域产品销售策略，建立销售目标，包括： Annual major activities Plan in area 年度主要活动计划 Annual budget plan by product 年度预算 Monthly Reporting on sales & promotion activities 每月汇报销售和推广活动 Monitor and control the promotion mix of activities to achieve sales objectives. 监控推广活动以达成销售目标 Build up solid relationship with local market. 建立和维护区域内的相关市场 Management/Co-ordination 管理职责 Motivate and supervise a sales team to cover the responsible sales area. 积极指导所属团队，从而良好的覆盖区域销售市场 Implement pre-set Marketing Plan and take actions accordingly. 根据市场计划开展并执行相应的市场活动 Make sure to get external endorsement of the product. 确保客户获得产品认可 Manage the promotion budget within agreed limits. 管理和控制预算 Co-ordinate with related departments to achieve the sales target. 与相关部门保持良好合作，促进销售目标的达成 Foster the professional development of each member of his/her staff, according to the policy of the company 培养专业的销售团队 Build sales network to facilitate sales promotion in hospitals. 建立销售网络，加强医院推广 Market Intelligence 市场信息 Monitor market competitiveness and health care environment. 收集竞争对手相关信息 Advance new ideas and new suggestions, according to the marketing status and development. 根据市场情况，推进新的信息和建议。 Other work assigned by superior. 上级领导交代的其他工作。
岗位要求：
College graduate, with major in clinical, pharmacy, diagnostic, science, or other relevant subjects. 大学专科以上，医学、药学或相关专业背景 At least five years of related drugs or medical equipment sales experience, with contrast agents industry sales experience is preferred; 至少五年相关领域药品或医疗器材销售经验，造影剂行业销售经验优先 At least three years of sales team management in Pharmaceutical Company. 至少两年的制药公司销售管理经验 Have a good understanding of local medical market; 对当地的医药市场有很好的理解 Good relationship with key customers of the local hospital; 在当地的关键医院客户具有良好的客群关系 Strictly comply with National laws and regulations, EHS and quality management system, abide by the company Code of Conduct, rules and regulations.
