岗位描述：
Responsibility：Overall responsible for a new drug’s clinical development strategy and plan including trial design and protocol writing Work with project manager to ensure the timeline and execution of the clinical studies are on time and with manageable risk Design clinical protocol for Phase I-III by working with PIs, statistician, PV, Clinical Pharmacology Working with regulatory team to ensure clinical plan meets regulatory requirements Work with clinical operation team manager to ensure execution is done according to plan Build relationship with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and PIs Responsible for organizing clinical advisory board Working with medical writer, responsible for publications and CSR compilation Therapeutic area expertise: endocrine/diabetes, oncology, or immunology Requirement：Medical Doctorate or equivalent in a therapeutic area preferably in oncology, immunology, endocrinology or related fields from a reputable medical school Experience in practicing medicine in hospitals is a must 5-10+ years’ experience with a clinical development organization, preferably with a multinational pharmaceutical company Prefer international experience Fluent in English (prefer both Chinese and English) Experience in NCE drug development Prefer to have experience in leading a team to develop a NCE from Ph I to NDA Job title and level will depend on experience
