1、Drive and influence the client group in the design/implementations of organizational restructuring and growth to create a high performing organization 2、Implements leadership development processes and performance management system to define clear performance expectations and to align employee aspirations with business needs 3、Partner with client group to develop and implement manpower and succession planning to ensure a highly motivated workforce in support of business development objectives 4、Develop & implement HR policies to ensure compliance in Company policies / guidelines and related rules / regulations 5、Develop & implement practical recruitment strategy to attract qualified staff for the team capability strengthening 6、Work with training team to assess the training needs o maximize the potential of people, where appropriate to design and deliver training programs for client groups 7、Build rapport and interact effectively with employees at all levels in client groups, understand their needs, backgrounds and cultures to obtain their integration into the organization 8、Partner with Sales, HR service teams and labor agents to develop and implement the normal HR operational management for sizable 3rd party Sales (Attraction & Retention, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and Communication as well as labor dispute handling) to comply with the Company policies /guidelines and government rules / regulations 9、Develop, optimize and implement the processes to ensure consistent HR administrative excellence in all sales regions including HRIS innovation initiation 10、Liaise with external clients/supplier (labor agents, search forms, etc.) to strengthen the reliable relationship. 11、Provides proper feedback and coaching to direct reports frequently 12、Cooperate with HR relevant teams for HR-related internal m/ external audit by high quality timely 13、Develop healthy working relationship with trade union 14、Support administration service in Sales & Marketing office in Shanghai |
