岗位描述：
(Solid SC operation &mgmt experience as well as people management from FMCG or related industry, fluent English skills ,and male candidates would be preferred.) Role/角色: Develop Group China's supply chain to be a market benchmark in terms of quality and productivity, and a competitive advantage for our business. Accompany the evolution of Group China's business model towards larger geographical coverage, broader product offering, higher service level, and new forms of business, such as e-commerce. Accountabilities/主要职责 General: - put in place the right KPIs for an accurate measurement of the supply chain activity, quality and costs. - establish the right reporting for ensuring the right follow up of daily business and project progress with the operating entities. - design the architecture of the future supply chain and define the steps towards the target structure. - manage the projects of the successive adjustments - monitor the level and competence of the supply chain staff, including in the operating entities, and ensure permanent progress. Take part in the recruitment when necessary. - contribute to the permanent evolution of our IT tools Procurement: - contribute to establish a culture of efficient stock management, so as to reduce our dead and slow moving stock, optimize the service to the customers, and minimize the need for inventory floor space. - be involved in the analysis of the inventory needs and supply specificities for new suppliers. - understand the needed delivery time for the different product lines, and lead the decision between local versus central stock, and its implementation. Warehousing: - optimize the processes in each warehouse to ensure optimum efficiency: quick goods reception to make the received goods available for delivery, efficient order preparation, adapted working period to meet customer's expectations. - monitor the quality of the work in each warehouse, and remediate any deviation with our target quality level. - run the warehouse moving / concentration projects. Transport: - rationalize the transport of goods: make decision between own vehicle and staff and usage of external providers. - lead the selection of transport providers and the establishment of the corresponding contractual framework. - follow up the cost per stop and optimize. Planning, budgeting and follow up: - ensure appropriate planning and budgeting of the projects and of the future supply chain operations - prepare the investment requests as applicable - follow up monthly performance and lead adjustment in case of deviations. Key skills/ Critical experience关键技能/经验标准 Education: Bachelor degree or above Knowledge & Skills: Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Management Have solid experience on management of more than 50k SKU Project Management Skills Strategic planning, execution, hands on attitude and willing to change Analytical skills: ability to make analyses relating to sales, volume, and employee turnover, and monthly operational and capital expense budgets Good oral and written communication in both Mandarin and English
